Wind Tower is an 11 storey office building with a basement parking area and a significant number of covered car spaces adjacent to the building. The building is located within a short walking distance to Bahrain Courts, the Central Bank of Bahrain, the Ministry of Finance and National Economy.

Wind Tower is located at the heart of the Diplomatic Area of Manama. The property is surrounded by 3 frontage roads enabling easy access to the building. Road 1708 is situated to the south and is accessible from Shaikh Hamad Causeway which connects Muharraq and Manama. Wind Tower overlooks the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs office located on the opposite side of the causeway.

The Diplomatic Area is home to Bahrain’s Courts, the Central Bank of Bahrain, the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, and a significant number of financial institutions including Investcorp, Arab Banking Corporation and Arab Bank.
